These terms govern your use of the Row Creek Co. website. By using the site or submitting an inquiry through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Row Creek Co. works exclusively with governments. The inquiry form is provided for officers submitting a requirement on behalf of a government or public sector entity, and you are asked to confirm that when you send it.

Inquiries submitted on behalf of commercial buyers are declined. Submitting a false confirmation of government status is a misuse of this site, and we may decline to correspond further.

The descriptions of our services and procurement categories are provided for general information. They describe the kinds of work we undertake and are not a representation that any particular supply, price or delivery date is available.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to tender, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. No contract arises between your entity and Row Creek Co. by your use of this site or by our acknowledgement of an inquiry.

When you submit an inquiry you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the entity you name, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Do not submit classified, restricted or otherwise protectively marked material through this form.
• Do not submit personal data about third parties beyond the contact details required to respond to you.
• Do not submit information your entity is prohibited from disclosing at the current stage of a procurement.

We acknowledge inquiries as a matter of practice, but we are not obliged to accept, act on, or continue to correspond about any particular requirement.

Requirement detail submitted through this site is treated as confidential. We do not publish the identity of the entities we act for, and we do not use engagements as marketing material. Confidentiality obligations running in the other direction, and any additional obligations your entity requires of us, are set out in the agreement covering an engagement.

The text, design, structure and marks on this website belong to Row Creek Co. or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for the internal purposes of a government entity considering our services. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written consent.

You agree not to misuse this site. In particular, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to submit automated or bulk inquiries, or to use it to transmit anything unlawful or malicious.

Where this site links to a website operated by someone else, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

This website is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies, Row Creek Co. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from any interruption to the availability of the site, or from any decision taken without a written engagement in place.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Where Row Creek Co. is engaged by a government entity, the scope, obligations, confidentiality provisions, liability position and governing law of that engagement are set out in the written agreement between the parties. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this website, which does not vary or override it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date it took effect shown at the top.
